All Spark Art kits are made to order and begin processing immediately after purchase. Because of this, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order is placed.

This helps us reduce waste and ensure that every kit is prepared fresh with care.

đź’ˇ Shipping Info or Design Changes (Before Fulfillment Only)

Need to fix a shipping address or switch a design?
Please email us immediately after placing your order — if your kit hasn’t started production, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though we can’t guarantee changes after processing begins.

⚠️ Important Reminders

- We cannot refund orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

- We cannot offer refunds for ordering the wrong item.

📦 Damaged, Missing or Wrong Item

Our goal is for you to be excited about your Spark Art kit! If your order arrives with the wrong item, damaged or incomplete, just contact sparkartassist@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

- Your order number

- A photo of the issue

- Your full name

We’ll review it and send a replacement or solution as soon as possible. If eligible, we’ll send return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted or refunded.


We only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item.
